Thai Yoga Therapy

SomaVeda® Thai Yoga Therapy has its roots in Indigenous Thai medicine and Thai Massage.
Our healing work is a modern expression of classical religious therapies, sacred medicines, and traditions.

What to expect:

Sessions are generally 60-90 minutes long. A "new client," session will include 30 minutes of intake and a 60 minute session. Your first session will consist of a "general evaluation," developing a treatment plan and a gentle therapy.

Pressing of acupressure/acupuncture points, somatic bodywork & assisted stretching.
