EPT™ has over 30 years of clinical success ending depression, anxiety and all manner of physical and emotional pain and suffering in both adults and children.
I have been practicing and receiving EPT™ for just under 10 years, and it’s completely changed my life. I am a Certified Master EPT practitioner and a trained therapist with a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Cincinnati. I am also a Certified Yoga Instructor (CYT-200).
In our work together, I help people recover and discover their personal freedom. My clients find deeper conscious awareness, freedom from codependency and low self-worth, and heal from the pain of troubled interpersonal relationships. In practice, I take a holistic approach to healing and incorporate mindfulness-based stress reduction to increase emotional regulation skills and distress tolerance skills.
I’m available for in-person sessions, remote sessions, or I can travel to your location for sessions.
