warm Vinyasa (All Levels)

Tailored for those seeking a blend of gentle flow and moderate challenge, this class guides you through a sequence of postures that seamlessly connect, creating a dance of mindfulness and vitality.

This class consists of a sequence of postures that gracefully interconnect, forming a dynamic sequence that ebbs and flows with the rhythm of your breath. The instructor will guide you through a carefully curated sequence that progresses from gentle warm-ups to more invigorating poses.

Whether you're new to yoga or seeking a balanced practice that bridges movement and mindfulness, this class provides a safe and welcoming space.

soft Vinyasa (All levels)

Vinyasa is the intricate linking of intention, breath, and movement. This class is a moving meditation designed to create more stability and proprioception.  Inversion options may be provided as well as relaxation and meditation.

Kaula Tantra

The practice of Kaula Tantra is translated directly from ancient, vedic texts and based on a deep state of relaxation. Rooted in ancient traditions and wisdom, this class invites you to delve into the depths of your being, harnessing the power of sacred energy to cultivate balance, harmony, and transformation.

In this class we emphasizes a balance between the male and female energies in the body, encouraging alignment through fluid movement. Each asana is held gently for a period of time, allowing students to relax into the posture. This way, each individual finds their own unique way of expressing the asanas without the pressure of competing or "performing perfectly." Tantra Yoga facilitators approach students as a whole human being and discourage "forcing muscles." Their priority is to hold a space of acceptance and love, with only little guidance when necessary.

Guided by our experienced Kaula Tantra Yoga practitioner, this class is a sacred space where you'll explore the interplay of physical postures, breath control, and meditation to awaken your divine essence. Whether you're new to tantra or have experience in other yoga disciplines, Kaula Tantra Yoga provides a space to deepen your practice and embark on a transformative journey.

Classes do not involve nudity or sexual contact. This practice is suitable for all levels of experience.


Renew and Restore - Yin

Designed to replenish your energy, soothe your mind, and nurture your body, this class offers a perfect sanctuary to unwind from the hustle of life. This gentle yet profound practice, is designed to help you find balance amidst the busyness of life, inviting you to surrender to the wisdom of stillness and embrace the healing power of quietude.

We’ll be softening muscular effort and allowing gravity to gently guide you deeper into each stretch. Throughout the class, you'll be guided through a series of seated and supine postures that are held for an extended period, usually ranging from 3 to 5 minutes. The instructor will encourage you to find your edge within each pose, embracing sensations without strain.

This Restorative Yin Yoga class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. If you're recovering from injuries, experiencing stress, or simply craving a serene escape, this class offers a safe and nurturing space for your wellness journey.


Gentle yoga

This is a gentle practice ideal for rejuvenating the body and stilling the mind.  If you’re brand new to yoga or an experienced practitioner looking to slow down and move inward this is a perfect class for you. You can expect to lengthen connective tissue, increase flexibility, boost circulation, and regulate your nervous system .  The class will conclude with restorative postures and meditation.
